Guruvayur: Treasure counting for the month of July has been completed at the Guruvayur temple. Rs 4,72,69,284 and 2kg 133g 500mg gold was also recovered. 10 kg 340 grams of silver was also received. two thousand (15 notes) thousand rupees (5 notes) and 500 rupees(48 notes)banned by the central government were recovered from Bhandaram.
Indian Bank Guruvayur branch was responsible for counting. 3,21,612 was also received through SBI’s eBhandaram at East Nada. This is in addition to regular treasury inflows. 28,600 was received this month through UBI.
