Entry to the Guruvayoor temple via Bhagavathikettu will resume on Friday evening.

Guruvayoor: As construction work is going on at the north side of the Guruvayoor temple on the east Nada, the restriction imposed on the entry of devotees in and out of the temple through Bhagavathikettu has been suspended for the time being.  Urgent action is taken to avoid inconvenience to devotees during holidays.

 

Devotees can enter the temple through Bhagavathikettu from July 12 at 7 pm to July 16 evening.   At the same time, the entry of devotees through Bhagavathikettu will be restricted from 7 am on Wednesday, July 17 to 7 pm on July 19.  This is because the work of widening the East Side Pavement is going on.

 

According to the Devaswom administrator, a special counter for offering the ghee lamp is functioning near the offering counter on the south side of the temple and on the north side inside the temple on the said days.
